Return Policy – Evening Ritual
At Evening Ritual, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
• The item is defective
• The item is damaged
• You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care goods (beauty and hygiene products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Returns are not accepted for:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
